Roasted Meat Flavour?

This caught my eye when I saw it on our counter before dinner. Notice that it is not beef nor ham, nor turkey, nor chicken. Just meat?

Wow, how curious. Perhaps the ingredients help clear things up?

Nope. It’s still just meat. That leaves a lot of room for interpretation. Some possibilities that come to mind are: Kangaroo? Armadillo? Bear?
